I’m still not completely convinced that I’m done with school. Well I’m not technically done yet which may be why I have these feelings, but I’m pretty much done. Lets just say that when all you have left are a few assignments and papers, you’re 98% done. I mean I practically have my diploma.
Oh wait, no I won’t get that until the middle of the summer. I don’t know if all schools do this or maybe it’s just Rutgers, but when I walk in my graduation I won’t actually get my diploma. I’ll just get the diploma holder and then I’ll be sent the physical diploma later on in the summer. I’m surprised that Rutgers isn’t just emailing my diploma. That’s so 21st century. That’s so Raven.Where did that come from?
But yeah, it’s so weird! How do you get used to this feeling of being done with school? Maybe I should look into taking some exit class. Like you know those classes they make you take so that you can become acclimated to college classes as a freshman? They need a class for when you’re graduating so that you can become acclimated to the real world.
The real world….. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone.
Lets console ourselves with these milkshakes. They have caffeine so you get that jolt and they taste amazing so they’ll make you feel better. Instead of crying over a container of ice cream, just make yourself a milkshake. Then you can cry over a glass of coffee ice cream. That’s more acceptable.
And these just taste amazing. Like a holiday in a glass.
